The Arter Quarter is a newly completed high-rise complex in Tallinn, consisting of three towers (28, 15, and 9 storeys high) connected by an atrium and an integrated parking facility. The development encompasses approximately 77,220 m² of gross floor area, including around 44,000 m² of leasable space for offices, residences, and commercial premises. Designed as a near zero-energy building, Arter has been awarded the international BREEAM Excellent certification.

The tallest tower, at 28 storeys and 111 metres, is Estonia’s highest office building. Its anchor tenant is Swedbank, and the tower features around 8,000 pieces special colour Ecophon Solo™ Baffle suspended panels along with approximately 15,000 m² of Ecophon Focus™ Dg ceiling panels.
